Well, Further Adding to the post, There are basically two types of benefits. They are financial and moral benefits. Such a program works in every incentive plan and in a good organization, and the right balance must be struck between these two benefits. These two motivational aspects of an effective incentive scheme cannot be ignored as individual employees have individual preferences (Armstrong and Murlis, 2007).

DeleteEvery successful organization is backed by a committed employee base, and the commitment is the outcome of motivation and job satisfaction. It is the energy that compels employees towards organizational objective. It would be impossible for the organization to generate performance without commitment. In order to create a competitive advantage organization need to have a competitive employee policies and practices. Motivation is an important stimulation which directs human behavior. No individual has same attitude or behavior, hence in midst of this diversity organization are supposed to frame practices which will be able to satisfy the group and not just an individual. Organization should be able to identify and evaluate internal motivation which an employee derives from job satisfaction and further enhance it with external motivation as required for which organization could take note of motivation theories (Varma,2018).
ReplyDeleteThe value of an organization's empowered workers can not be overestimated. Efficiency, commitment and satisfaction of employees are improving, resulting in increased productivity. Organizations can also see a decline in absenteeism and a greater sharing of knowledge contributing to the transfer of innovative ideas (Napolitano, 2016).
DeleteIt is also crucial to invest in employee development for enhancing the skills and abilities of employees and organization, which also contribute in motivating employees. DeleteAttractive introduction. Motivation keeps on being a chief worry of leaders and organization, yet persuasive hypotheses of motivation still trying to clarify human conduct at work. Most hypotheses work around lone factors as supporters of inspiration, leaving a requirement for increasingly extensive and thorough models of motivation (Lloyd and Mertens, 2018)
ReplyDeleteAdding up to the above, motivated and committed employees with high levels of job involvement are considered as an important asset to an organization (Denton, 1987).
